Returns Policy
Quick and fair, with a couple of common-sense rules.
7-day return window
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Items we can't accept back
- Soft toys, bottles, and feeding accessories once unsealed
- Innerwear, socks, and personal hygiene items
- Books that have been opened or marked
- Items damaged through misuse
How to start a return
- WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll arrange a pickup or share a return address
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the same UPI ID
Defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos. We'll make it right — full refund or replacement, no questions.
